Tiberian Arelius, the Storm King, Patriarch of House Arelius, was a Monarch on the Path of the Raging Sky and ruler of over half of the Rosegold continent.

As a young sacred artist, Tiberian was known for his hard work and diligence mastering his techniques. Simultaneously humble to his superiors, and merciful to his inferiors, Tiberian grew into his power to become a wise and beneficent ruler of his half of the Rosegold continent.
