The prototypical hero. Alin is a tall, handsome, charming, brave, self-assured (and somewhat self-righteous) young man.
Alin is destined to be the first Elysian Traveler in ages who will save the people from tyranny.
He is guy everyone looks up to...except the real protagonist Simon who rolls his eyes at Alin.
