Nelthan

Commander Nelthan is a military officer of the Galactic Union, commanding the ship GSS Kholien. He sent to command the capture of The Last Horizon in The Captain, but failed. His failure led him to disfavor from the Union, and his ship was attacked when Solstice blew up their own ships to ensure a battle between The Last Horizon and Starhammer.
