Lirial
Lirial is a Territory on Amalgam. It is the secondary Territory of Queen Leah, which she accesses using a bracelet with a milky white crystal on her hand.
The Lirial banner is two crescent moons bracketing a full moon with a starburst in the center.

Geography and Ecology
Lirial experiences a perpetual night, with 12 moons moving in a complicated pattern, quickly changing position and phase. This includes an orange, silver-blue, red, and purple moon, although the colors may depend on the time and date. Understanding the pattern of the moons is key for Lirial Travelers.
Geography
Much of Lirial is made up of gray plains and crystalline landscapes.
Powers
In general, Lirial is not a destructive Territory. Most of its powers relate to information gathering, protection, and preservation.[1]
Every Lirial Traveler has a Source, which they funnel energy into from their body. This Source is called on for power when they want to summon Lirial crystal, use an artifact, or call a creature to their aid.
Lirial Crystal
Lirial crystal can be called into the Unnamed World and used to seal or defend. It can, when placed correctly, block attacks, but its main use is sealing. When it is called, it does not pierce, instead encasing the victim. If they are entirely covered, their life will be sustained by the crystal. It is effectively indestructible by mundane means. It can also be called up as large spires from the ground which can pierce enemies. However, Leah's ability to summon so much crystal so frequently is exceptional among Lirial travelers, as most cannot use it effectively in combat.[2] The crystal is milk-white and opaque.
Artifacts
Lirial artifacts can be acquired by raiding the ancient tombs of the Daniri, which are protected by dangerous traps but hold many treasures. For instance, Leah has a scrying lens, and an even rarer artifact which can make a difference in battle is a star-net. These artifacts are stored in a sanctum which cannot be summoned from in Lirial itself.
Known Lirial artifacts:
- A crystal ball owned by Leah, which performs a high number of complex calculations and gives its user specific instructions to complete a goal.[1]
Summoning or using a Lirial artifact requires exact knowledge of its location in Lirial. If an artifact moves even across the room from where a Traveler left it, it will be completely inaccessible.[1]
There are some terrible weapons buried in Lirial[3], although their exact nature is unknown.
Creatures
Source energy is used as a form of currency with the creatures of Lirial. One such creature we have seen took energy from Leah, and in return helped her, however, he took more than Leah was prepared to give. Travelers must be careful with this. The creature's name was Seliethin, and he was a bluish ape with six eyes.
Trivia
- Lirial is one the few Territory names not reminiscent of real-life mythological terminology, instead just being named to sound cool and ethereal because it is the moon Territory.[4]
