Dalton Foster is the gunner on Calder Martin's ship. He is Soulbound to awakened tools that have helped to make him the most accomplished gunsmith on Asylum. Unfortunately, because of his achievements, he has lost his family after they were held hostage to force Dalton to make guns for the captors.
