The Perfected are the genetically engineered super-soldiers version of Karoshans. They are loyal to the Perfected King Regent Felrex.

Description
Up until the awakening of the Zenith Chamber, the creation of the Perfected costed a fortune in magical rituals, alchemical reagents, and lives. They are the product of extensive genetic engineering research[1], but the procedure is done on pre-existing Karoshans[2]. Newly made Perfected undergo trials before receiving their title[2]. The awakening of the Zenith Chamber has allowed for the creation of more than 18 Perfected[2].
Unlike natural Karoshans, Perfected have long reptilian tails and sharper teeth[1].
In Varic's Alternative Lives
Without the knowledge or the awakening of the Zenith Chamber, only a dozen Perfected existed.
