Rudeus Maxwell

Rudeus Maxwell, also known as the Gladstone Kidnapper, was a serial kidnapper in the Capital of the Aurelian Empire. He had his kidnapped children perform assassinations on targets he deemed useless and attempted to imitate the Gardeners of the Consultants. He was killed by Shera while his hideout was being stormed by Consultants.
