Captain Selena Voss was the leader of a band of smugglers called Nebula Runners that hired Varic Vallenar in the alternative life before he became Spellbinder. She was killed by Steel Avalanche.
Appearance and Personality
Captain Voss has gray hair pulled back in a pony tail, with a long plasma burn scar on her cheek.
