The Sage of Calling Storms is one of the leaders of the Stormcallers, the cult of the Weeping Dragon, alongside the Herald Thunder Fairy. He worships his dreadgod, spearheaded the destruction of the Dawnwing Sect, and is the one who tortured and spiritually crippled Ziel. He is sadistic and insane.
