Unsouled is a status in Sacred Valley that refers to a person with no Spiritual Origin. It is a very shameful title, indicating that one has little or no potential in the Sacred Arts. Such a person is not permitted to have any Path and gets no help in progressing.
Outside the valley the concept of being an Unsouled does not exist. Yerin, one of the few from outside the valley to hear the term, considers it to be superstitious nonsense.
Lindon is the only Unsouled to be revealed in the series so far.
