Half-Silver

Half-Silver is a semi-precious metal on Cradle.

As it's name implies, it is bright silver in color, and is both harder and more brittle than ordinary silver. Half-Silver has madra disrupting properties, to the effect that direct proximity can make cycling difficult, and closed loops, (eg. chains or cuffs) can hobble the spirit. Typical usage involves mixing flecks of Half-Silver with another stronger material, and is often used in weapons or Soulsmithing instruments.
