Hidden Springs Iron body
The Hidden Spring Iron body is the Iron body used by the Fisher Sect. It allows their body to process water more efficiently, letting them go longer periods of time without drinking fluids and survive without fresh water in the Desolate Wilds. Its name comes from a rumored "hidden spring" within their bodies, a myth cultivated by the sect.[1]
