Monarch is the highest level of advancement the sacred artist can obtain without ascending from the iteration. To advance to Monarch, a Sacred Artist can either become a sage and fuse with their remnant or become a herald and gain an icon. Though the power level between Monarchs and heralds or sages are not verified, one Monarch is equal to at least four Heralds and four Sages combined
