Monarch (Advancement)

Monarch is the highest level of advancement the sacred artist can obtain without ascending from the iteration.

There are currently seven known living Monarchs:

• Seshethkunaaz
• Northstrider
• Akura Malice
• Emriss Silentborn
• Reigan Shen
• The Eight-Man Empire
• Sha Miara

And two deceased ones:

• Tiberian Arelius
• Sha Leiala
